moved forum topics, now users get access denied?

I did some work rearranging my forums earlier today, shifting topics into new forum directories etc.

Some topics, actually most of the ones I moved, now present users with the ugly red banner:

Access denied. You must have special permissions to access this area or you are not logged in.

 Has anyone run into this? How can I fix it? Near as I can tell, the database records are all intact and as expected. The forum permissions are set to public etc.

Alright, took me a good night's sleep to figure this one out - but everything is back in working order.

What appeared to have happened is that when the topic was moved, the associated posts were dropped completely from their table. Kind of hard to display posts when they don't exist!

Not sure why this happened, but it was pretty inconvenient. Luckily I had a backup from before I started moving topics and was able to insert the missing posts and update their belongings.

Guess that's what I get for refusing to update from 7.0.6?

Pretty sure this was fixed in 7.0.8 or 7.0.9.
