membership expiration letters

Is it possible to have the site send automatically a notification to the member when their membership will expire soon ? can the admin also have this notification ?

Yes, this is built into Dolphin and is available through the admin; you can set how long before the expiration a letter will be sent out.

This is the address, just copy and paste this after your domain in the address bar: /administration/memb_levels.php
