It looks like something wrong with recipient email address, not with your site email:

http://support.mailhostbox.com/email-administrators-guide/error-codes

You can check it by sending direct mail to failed recipient to see if you get the same error.

This one is quite obvious.

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<jo123@gmail.com>:

Email address of jo123@gmail.com does not exist. Also failed verification at http://verify-email.org/

So the message is accurate.

Your first one to the address of tevememoore@ziplineblogs.com failed with the error of Recipient address rejected:
Access denied. That specific error message means the email is being rejected by an intrusion prevention or mail filtering appliance (firewall) on the recipient’s end. Most likely by McAfee SaaS Email and Web Security. Resolution provided here. https://support.mcafeesaas.com/MCAFEE/_cs/AnswerDetail.aspx?sSessionID=662496686BLPOTJJC[SEWYAKCNXTEJMMXUJFQCPI&inc=54340&caller=~%2FFindAnswers.aspx%3FtxtCriteria%3D877+recipient%26sSessionid%3D662496686BLPOTJJC[SEWYAKCNXTEJMMXUJFQCPI

Yea, and that is also perfectly normal if your users are signing up with fake email addresses.

You said you have a gmail account. So verify the email addresses. Send them a message directly from your gmail account and notify them that the email verification from your website bounced back. And ask them to reply to this message to verify their email address. That is reply to the one your sending from your gmail account. Obviously they did not get the one send from your servers.

One of 3 things will happen if you check that way.

1) The email will bounce back. Then you will know it's not valid.

2) You will not get a reply. Indicating it's most likely a spammers junk address.

3) Your will actually get a reply. Not likely, but hey, who knows.
