login join buttons still there

I moved the join and login butttons to the sub_header where quotes go,but when logged in they remain there?
normally they would go away when logged in,What i did was copy code from login_join.html to sub_header
then removed login_join.html thinking that would be enough but seems i am mising something!

 Can anybody direct me to file i need to edit

Did you clear your site's cache (as well as your own)?

Yeh cleared all cache's includining my own even rebooted pc just to make sure i cleared all
but still there

I still cant figure out why buttons show after  logged in anybody any idea? see attached pic
