light box alert

i saw long time ago a post about 

displaying a light box like "alert box"

with a code below, i have searched it again 

but i dont remember the topic name

someone know what i am talking about?

when you click on login button when you 

are not logged it shows a light box with form 

also when you click on upload photo it shows a form

with a select box with albums

i want this to light box popup content to be customized 

OK, I understand now.  The term for this is a modal box.  I am not sure of the location, but look in /inc/js
