join form not showin up on join page?

How come the join form isn't showing up on the join page?

I havn't done anything for it to not show up.  Is there a way I can reupload the join.php page if so where and what directory ???

Any help appreciated.....

Ok. Ive just remembered I tried installing a module "Join By Country" but because it wasn't installing I stopped it. I'm guessing this may be why the join form does not appear at join.php page. 

So I manually removed that module from the module directory using ftp and I went into the phpmyadmin and removed the tables it created, the link to this module is showing under "Modules" tab via the admin though.

How do I fix this so the join form will appear on the join.php page?...

That can be removed from the table sys_modules in the database. But that is unlikely to fix your problem.

You are more than likely going to have to contact the module developer as we do not know what kind of changes the module makes during install thus we cannot tell you how to reverse it.
