I knew this looked familiar.

As for the error, I believe I've seen a few topics with a similar issue as this floating around. I recommend you (I'll join you) search around for them. Also, are you getting any more information than this, either through the page or email?

Check all blocks on join page ( active and inactive). Before you move the block to inactive area you must unclick  "mandatory" box.

I hope this help.

What you mean? What i must check in this blocks? There are 3 blocks - Join now, Why join and login.... And what and where is "mandatory" box?

Sorry not on join page but on fields builder.

Go to administration, click on builders, then on profile fields. You will see those blocks. Then click on green colored box, then you will see Links; General, Advanced, Messages, Matching. Click on advanced. Unclick mandatory button then save. Then if you dont need those fields on your join page, move them down to inactive area.

Let us know if that helped.

Mitsurugi, I just checked the site you have problem on....your join page is missing Date of birth field. Thats the left leg of dolphin. The right leg is username:-)

Put back the DOB field and you will be good.
