incrase upload limit for videos

who can help me to incrase the upload limit of 64MB for my Dolphin site?

My server is allready incrased from 200MB to 2GB limit/video

The video upload size limit depends on the PHP directives upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.  Make sure the values for them have been increased from Administration -> Tools -> Host Tools -> phpinfo.

Don't forget to extend the timeout settings as well...
