i need help :(

can some one please help me all my main pics ( avatur) they all gone can some one please help me to try to figer out what happen i have the D7.5 they still on the site but they dont show up my site is www.minglewithnewfriends.com

Your avatars are stored in the folder found in yoursitename/modules/boonex/avatar/data/images/ (pulled from my tutorial on images ;) ).

You can look at the soft backup on your cpanel and just go to the avatar images file and restore it, or you can use your own backup to restore the avatar images from a past backup where the images were working. I would, personally, use ftp to update the files b/c it will merge w/ your existing avatar image folders and keep any that have been successfully uploaded since the backup intact. I'm not sure that doing it via cpanel does keep them intact.

thank you for ur help but i did it and i get few pics back but still missing like over 3000 pics from members and i upload the old avaturs from my D7.4 back up and still nothing is there something that i`m missing ?

If it's just avatars, that's where they should be. If it is other pictures uploaded in the photo module, that's different, you'll find those in the folder modules>boonex>photos>data>files.

If something happened with the database itself, it may no longer be associating the images with the files and users. I don't know how to fix that, though.

all the pics are there :(  i really dont know what happen i think the d7.5 there is a big bug in the system do u know how i can retun to 7.4 ? i never had that prob with d7.4

Can't you just uninstall, then re-install that fake profile mod you have on your site to get the 3000 pics back?

its not just mod its all members i even made few profiles to to figer it out and the same its not working right the avatur doent put the pics on the site where it need to go to when they upload the pics when sign up
