i`m having a problem installing Modules

Hi maybe someone can help me maybe im doing it wrong but its seem like i cant install any new modules i flow everything they say this is what i do

download the module unzip it to my computer

upload it with FTP to my hosting to ( Modules/boonex ) i see the file there

and then i go to my admin at my site (tools / modules ) and then im looking for the new Modules but i cant find it i even did the test module from D7 and i still cant see it can anyone help me please

You don't upload all modules to the modules/boonex folder.

Each module vendor has it own folder that goes in the modules folder.

You must follow the instructions provided with most modules. Becuse the module will not show up if not uploaded to the proper location.

But for the most part, follow the instructions provided with the mod exactly as instructed.

thats the module that im trying to install i get it to show on my tool menu but now its telling me its fail in to install this is what im geting

Cannot install module from "deano/deanos_tools/" directory Failed

and i try a deffrent mod as well and it does the same think same message
