It's very simple, you should try it yourself as you should know how to do a basic install of template / module for Dolphin if you're going to be using the platform for much.
Do you have an ftp client ?
If not, Filezilla is free and easy to setup.
You will need to create an ftp account on your install at server level, your host should be able to help you with this if you're stuck at that level.
Then there are only 2 folders to upload, you just drag them over the root folder of your dolphin site using filezilla and it will upload to the correct place.
Templates, and Modules.
Once thats done, go into dolphin admin, goto manage modules, and in 'un-installed' you will see hypernova customiser. click this, and click install.
In cache settings, enable CSS cache so that Internet Explorer works with the template.
Thats it.
Then have fun using the customisation module to get your Hypernova template looking how you want... this is the lengthy bit as there are lots of options!
If you get stuck, feel free to pm me as I use this template and have done some custom work on it also. You should learn how to do something like this yourself though at some point.
If in doubt - back up your whole Dolphin folder first, although it doesnt change any files, just adds its own.
