Here are the upgrades if you have not done any beta upgrades:

• From Dolphin 7.0.9 to 7.1.0. Released on January 10 2013
• From Dolphin 7.1.0 to 7.1.1. Released on March 14 2013
• From Dolphin 7.1.1 to 7.1.2. Released on May 9 2013
• From Dolphin 7.1.2 to 7.1.3. Released on June 5 2013

So to answer your question on which upgrades, you need to upgrade to 7.1.2 first and then upgrade to 7.1.3.  I suggest you make a backup of your site, complete backup of ALL files, and a backup of your database, before upgrading.

I done today upgrade from 7.04 to 7.11 but the link into the page "From Dolphin 7.1.1 to 7.1.2. Released on May 9 2013" doesn't work at all.

I'm a little stop at this time.

Link does work.  Maybe your ISP or local settings are stopping it from working?  I've attached the download to this post - see if that works.

My guess is local antivirus software is stopping the download. This one had a false positive in avast caused by the base64 encoding it sees in the file. http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/7-1-2-Upgrade-Download-Gives-Avast-Virus-Alert-.htm

Try turning off your antivirus before attempting to download.
