how to remove template option?

To be more specific in dolphin 7.0 theres a option for users to change the tempate. How do I remove that option, if there is a way to do it.

Admin>Settings>Advanced Settings>Template.  Uncheck "Enable Users to Change Templates."  If you have several templates installed, this will lock in whichever you have selected and remove the selection dropdown from the top menu.
