how to forward messages to persoanl email

Can anybody guide me how may I forward any received message in my inbox to my personal email address in my profile....

Hello, when you will send message just checked the  option - "send copy to personal email"

no I mean if we get any message in our inbox of our site....how can we get that automatically to our personal email ....
