how to change the date format - calendar - event

in admin D7.0.4 -  there are dates with this format

- Short Date Format (for code) : d.m.Y  -  Short Date Format(for database): %d.%m.%Y

1 - calendar - Edit profile info - or - join

Date of birth - there has this format - 1988-12-08

how to have - Date of birth- with this format - 08-12-1988 - (day - month - year)

2 - create an event

Date star - and - Date end -  there has this format -  2010-12-06 03:52:25

how to have - with this format -   06-12-2010 03:52:25 - (day - month - year)

3 - Last Login Date

there has this format - 2010-12-08 03:52:25

how to have - with this format -   08-12-2010 03:52:25 - (day - month - year)

please - someone there a solution

I actually need this too, I have a date field for ads and it is in 08-12-1988 - (day - month - year) format. I need it to be month-day-year and time is 24 hours I need it to be 12 hour format.
