The first thing you want to do is make sure that you are running the correct ffmpeg.exe version. The one provided in the Dolphin 7 download package is for Linux/Unix servers. So you will need to download the ffmpeg for windows instead. Make sure the permissions are set to at least 755. Get that installed then try again. Nothing to see here |
