help with derartmedia Games Arcade Mod

I noticed that module says it's for Dolphin 7.0.1

Are you by any chance running Dolphin 7.0.2?

2 new columns were added to the sys_menu_top in Dolphin 7.0.2 which would account for the column count error.

If you are running 7.0.2 i would email the author back to see if it's been tested under 7.0.2 and if there is a new version.

Basically the error messages tells you that the column count in the sys_menu_top is not equal to the rows the module is trying to insert.

What version of Dolphin are you using? It looks like you are trying on D7.0.2 while the module is compatible upto D7.0.1

You can get rid of all those statements and try installing the module and then add the menu items manually using the page builder or wait until the mod developer upgrades it to D7.0.2

that is an easy fix really.  just add   ' '   where the missing colum is.    or remove the colum  run install script then put the colum back.....     but yes i agree the author needs to update his script to work with the newer dolphin ....

And the author of this topic also needs to contact the developer before posting here for support.

I've got to complain about this Module and Developer myself.  I have the same exact issues with the installer.. The Mod DOES say 7.0.2 compatible. The reason I've got to complain is that he NEVER responds to your emails, then when you write a review about him he then proceeds to make fun of you, and I cannot respond to his lashings on the review board "Since I've already reviewed the product".  He has yet to respond to any mail from me (traditional internet) or on here.  He wants extra money for help with his faulty scripts.  I purchased this Mod and tried to install it and I keep coming up with the exact SQL error and cannot resolve it myself no matter how hard I try to.  It makes you tend to distrust buying ANY mods for fear of exactly what has happened here.

I'm having issues with Derartmedia. I paid him to complete a job for my site. I designed my own splash page and all i needed him to do was convert my PSD to HTML or PHP so my design could be used as a splash page. He did a quick job and showed me the demo site I text him and asked him why i was not able to click on the ads and the videos tabs and he stated that he would fix it and make a new version so that it would work.

I sent him a payment of 70.00 a d he never fixed the problem on the first version and i'm still waiting for the new version that he said he would create and have not received it yet. I've been waiting for more then 4 weeks i sent him the payment on august the 18th and have not had any replies from him i sent him both e-mails and text messages.
The other problem is not only did he take my 70.00 for services i never received, but he also stole one of my designs that i created he (Derartmedia) is still using my design on one of his demo sites. I have asked him numberous of times to please remove it and he has not. I called paypal so i can get my money refunded so that i could look for another developer to do this but paypal said that they can not resolve this because this is not a product but a custom job. Can you please do something about this because i need my money or my splash page to be fixed.

And I thought it was just me whose code was stolen by someone .... lol

Unfortunately lost the dispute :(

So can anyone tell me how to fix the error, because here's the deal.  I first installed it, IT DID work... The installer processed.  But I had to redo the entire site due to another mod's issues (not listing it).  Now (on a brand new install) I get the DB errors.  I tried to "Remove" the order column as previous suggested but that doesn't do anything other than create more errors.  The script does work it's just the coder refuses to help with anything.  I can't get it installed because of the SQL Insertion errors.  Thanks a million.

The problem is that the people isn't controlled and for me is Boonex the responsable becouse is on Boonex site where we found them.
