place Analytics code in _footer.html before the closing </body> tag and clear cache.

Which methods use less compilations needed to compute? 

I wasn't too clear when I typed this on phone. I meant like the cpu requirements of compiling dynamically. Which 2 methods would require less computing power to compile a page? 

Ideally, I'd choose a method that uses less computing power (a tiny difference I might add) for PHP to put it all together. 

I would have thought adding the code into footer is easier and better in respect that you are adding the code directly and not via installed module which I think the other method is ...
