game zone

Wondering if anyone can provide me a decent list of which games are worth keeping. To keep all is way too much and dread taking the time to go through all these. Any guidance would appreciated .

I don't understand why you would want to take games away .... I have gamezone and the beauty of the module is the many games to choose from. There are other game modules at Boonex Market that might better suit your requirement if the huge selection is a issue for you.

i guess your right just makes for a large back up file

the thing is not everyone likes the same kind of games for example puzzle games ... with game zone you are ensuring there is something for everyone that's enjoys playing games online.

I think the solution here is to host the swf files and image files elsewhere . Havent had a chance to work on this yet but need to . backing up directory just takes too long and i have a fast inyernet connection . i can only imagine what this woud be like with dsl

 I think the games alone are 15 GB ... I'm sure they took me about 30 mins to upload.

yeah i have a site that's basically like my junk drawer. really like to host the game files there. Once i get around to figuring everything out i will post here.

Found a very simple solution here . Its very easy to exclude files or directories from cpanel backups

Out of the 10,000 flash games available, there's only about 400 worth keeping.  Most of them are just plain lame.  It's one of those things where more is not better.  PM me if you want a link to a vBulletin site of mine with an arcade.  You can sort the games by number of time played and it will give you an idea of the most popular ones.  I have 575 flash games on the site, and I hand picked every one of them.  The # 1 game, has been played 33,000 times,,, the last game has been played 39 times.

Yeah I see this ... I never include game files with my main backups anyway.
