i found the problem i try to download directli on my server with wget
if i unzip the file i dont have any permition with the tfp Program if i try to upload all file diercetly with the ftp Program its working i have the permitno to edit and delete and upload news staff |

HEHEHE. why do you want to download it using wget?? what do you want to download/ you can unzip by using your filemanager on your cpanel
