find external links from your site...

One of my sites has started to load very slow recently and I've noticed a few times it hangs on load and will show a few different URLs that the site is trying to connect to on load.

Most of the time they don't show, then other times they do.

The site is not even a live site, just one thats had a fair amount of custom work done on it as a project over time. A few different people have had ftp access at varying times to make minor adjustments to modules.

Does anyone know any tools that will show what URLs are being called to on site load so I can try searching them in the script and find out whats calling them?

Thanks

If you have firefox you can use the web developer web console which will show all urls the site is calling. Both internal and external.

Ctrl+Shift+K should bring it up. Make sure Net is enabled. Also if you have multiple tabs open, make sure you are on the tab for your site before you open the console.
