featured items

hi,

imhaving a problem getting featured items to show on the latest featured blocks, they do not show once they have been made featured, i have added a featured gruop and a fetured item in store , yet they do not show on the latest featured block. can anyone help please,

Hello maybe your featured groups placed in inactive zone in page builder?

i definatly have it placed in the active block page,so it should show on the homepage but it doesnt,thats not really the problem though the group is not showing as a featured group even though it is set as featured.
