extracting e-mails

Is their an easy way of retreiving members e-mails so that I can keep them in an external database I'd like to send messages to certain ones and not all using an external mailer?

Thanks I managed to get it into open office spread sheet and work.

But one other question I have an issue with my server company and I can't access c/panel but could I still transfer the site to a new host via ftp by download to my PC then uploading to new server?

importing could be a bit tricky, so i would test thoroughly before importing, it should be an update statement on SQL that would get it done

not sure why you would need to import emails? to a member database?
