executing data base change

 I am getting that " this vendor does not accept payments" message when I try and click the payment button on the store. I understand that I need to edit the database and I looked at the data base and found it but don't have hardly any experience in working with databases. Can someone give me a step by step in how to execute the data base change? I am a little leary of screwing the whole thing up.The last couple of scripts I used you could execute sql statements right from the site.

Ok, I'm trying but a little confused. If I go to the bx_pmt_user_values and bring it up and click on the sql tab it brings up this in the box:

"SELECT * FROM `bx_pmt_user_values` WHERE 1" - Doesn't this mean that it's set to one already? and in the box next to that it has a field list with user_id, option_id, and value.

Then if I go to insert tab I see that the user id and option id are both set to 0 and then in a box underneath the main one on top it has a heading above it saying ignore with a check mared box next to it. That box says the same thing.

So can someone tell me where and how to change this? Do I change it in the insert tab, the sql tab, or what? How do I change it.
