Yes, you have the right to support.

You can post a "dispute" here if you don't get a response from them.

There was a few post a while back about martinbois absence.

Supposedly there is a support page here: http://martinboi.freshdesk.com/support/home

GG, why did you duplicate my post? Do you actually read all the post?

My apologies, I thought you linked to his Boonex page.  I have removed the posts.

I don't think she ever does, the majority of her posts are restating what the person above her just posted.

According to you: "Arvixe Web Hosting / Boonex Community Liaison"

Why don't you apologise for the misleading notion that a person can buy the $4.99 Dolphin hosting package from Arvixe and actually run a real Dolphin site.  If Arvixe is going to offer that claim, then provide the bleeding resources needed by Dolphin.  I think the real reason you responded was because I have often criticised Arvixe for the misleading "Dolphin Hosting".

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
