email problems

When users try to send email the email box is cut off and wont allow the other have to be seen while entering text.  How can this be corrected?

It is a question of the template.  One thing you can do is to try increasing the column width in page builders.  Go to Builders=>Page Builder and select Mail compose message from the dropdown list.  Increase the column width a bit and view the page.

Here is a handy tip, open up a browser window to the mail compose while you are in the admin.  That way you can bump the column a bit wider, then go to the compose page and reload it to check.  Easier than going in and out of the admin section.
