easiest way to add new nav as HTML block?

I would like to add a new block in the navigation menu. I need the block to be an HTML block so I can embed stuff in an Iframe. I read the forums, but is there an easier way?

Considering the menu was intended and designed for links, and not html blocks. I don't think there is such a thing as a easy way.
