I can confirm this:

Using custom template, NEO. When using magnification (zoom) in Firefox and Chrome, it shows like this image above. IE does not have this problem.

Yes there is problem ..it happens on my website as well but i ignored it. This button load separately. And if you use zoomed out view it looks weird. Cancel button adjust it self along with the whole template but "select file" button looks weird. Its text remain in same size which would be bigger than cancel button on 80% zoom. Actually dolphin template is designed for laptop view, pc users might see this due to zoom in & out

It is a zoom issue. If i go to demo.boonex.com it looks fine on all browsers.

Your screen shot is exactly what it will look like when you zoom out 1 level. It will look different when zooming in.

It does not match the button next to it because the select file button is a flash object. The other button is a standard css button. The flash button is not handling the zoom properly.

So it is a zoom issue. You must not realize your browser is zoomed out.

In anycase. If boonex wants to call it a bug, then they will need to fix it. It is releated to the 3'rd party flash upload plugin they use. You can work with the css in default.css for the class .input_wrapper_custom .swfupload to set a fixed height which may help.

It's just a cosmetic glitch that only occurs when zooming out or zooming in. At 100%(Normal) it looks fine.

Oh, come one guys... Dolphin still have a lot of more important bugs to fix, rather than just a little broken button on browser zoom..  If you'll check page source code, you'll find a huge pie of dozens div containers wrapping around each other - this is what should be cleaned out in the first place, and after that we can think about zooming and stuff.
