divide members

I want to hear whether it is possible to eg gold members are listed as all members. 

and if some choose eg a particular membership that they disappear from ordinary search and have their own search. 

hope you understand what I mean ..

There is no functionality for this presently but it is a feature that needs to be added to Dolphin.

one for normal member and one for ppl there like to have ads on the site.

 There is a Profile Type module (by AntonLV) in the market that may assist you with this.
