I don't believe any of those will affect dolphin. Your host seems to have disabled most of php's process control functions. But i don't believe dolphin uses them. I have never seen them in use.

This is a home box, Dell PE 2650 I'm setting up and this is in the audit.

My current running box at home; I did same setup last year and it never gave this..

[edit] It does not affect the site, I was just curious.
