 It tells you what happened in the error code you provided.

there have been quite a few posts in lately regarding this same issue. It could be anything from an open mysql query bogging down your database, to your cron is not working properly, to your cron is not set up properly. I would first check with hosting provider and make sure that the cron is set up and working properly. Then if it is, maybe we(someone) can help figure out what the next step would be.
