comments

is there a way to make the comments sections only show a specific amount of characters (say the first 100) and then have an expand button if you want to read the rest, because at the moment if you have 4 or 5 long comments it feels like you are scrolling down forever to get to the post comment, obviously i exaggerate, but i'm sure members who aren't used to it might not even find the post comment, if it's not possible then is there a way to move the post comment box to the top so that the comments appear below it instead of above it as it is at the moment.
