chatroom work for Visitor but not work for User

i was test ray chat room on Dolphin7 with different web browser.. Firefox 3.6, IE8, Google Chrome, opera 10  and get same issue.. try to use RMS server and not use RMS.. I use hosting from Hostforweb first hosting boonex partner

1. Chat room work fine with Visitor ( non-register ) with any problem.

2. But Chat room doesn't work when login to User register and admin also not work.. take long loading and not work as well.. can do nothing with chatroom.. no welcome message and can't enter to chat room..

already try to reinstall Dolphin7 but really work only first hour and when got same problem again.. i don't know how to fixed their issue.. anyone can help or got same problem?

A couple of my users have this issue as well

Same problem all of a sudden. Hmm. Sigh.  I'm beginning to loose hope here.

Have you altered any of the "permission" on what users are allowed to do, such as view X number of cams able to send whispers etc.....
