chat not clearing from member menu

let me start by saying that the chat is working fine, the problem is that once the chat has finished, the members name i was chatting with stays in the member menu (if i click on the name the chat opens up again with all the previous chat still there), even when i log out (and close the browser) and then log back in it's still there, tried it with another test member & it done the same thing, now i have 2 members names in the member menu that won't go away, so i'm thinking every time i chat with someone new their name will stay there too, deleted cache but still the same, am i being stupid and missing something obvious or have i got a problem

very strange this one, i'm using safari (on a mac), just checked it with chrome and firefox and it works with both of those, haven't got a clue why it's not working in safari

If the x is not working that means you have some javascript errors. Without a site url so it can be looked at, no one will be able to tell you why. We have to see it.

One javascript problem, usually means others exist as well. Any other strange problems on the site?

You should also try turning off dolphins js caching and js compression settings if they are not currently off and clear the cache after changing those settings. They will need to be off to diagnose anyway.

Some servers have trouble with the JS cache settings. Boonex should really have that off by default. It fails on way to many servers to be reliable enough to be on by default.
