changes = language file overwritten
 Everytime I make any changes in Admin, my language file is overwritten.... why why why! I just added a profile field and my lang file was completely overwritten. All my custom defines - gone!
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
This is the 5th time this has happened. I would love a fix or advice or something to blow up.

and I sure miss more that it should be easier to have other languages on the page. so I hope you get something done! |
You need to explain to us how your handeling the languages. If your modifying the language files that are in the langs folder, than yea, they will get over written every time the languages in the database get recompiled. Ok, yes I like to change the lang files myself... so I see what you are saying... I will try to force myself to use the lang interface from now on...
