change text Forums Spy (a real-time view of activi

I need to change the text  Forums Spy (a real-time view of activity), it appears when you go to Forums>Spy. I searches in Settings>Language Settings but found nothing, I then searched the language file and also the forum language file but found nothing. How can I change this text?

you may have to recompile forum language file for changes to take effect.
