change profile background

One of my users of my website have change his profile background.

But my as admin, i don't know how to do it.

Also hé forgot how he did it..

Anyone know, he have a standard account

It is done via the module:

 Profile Customizer version 1.1.3 by Boonex

Remove it to clear it out.

[edit] To edit... yoursite.com/m/profile_customize/administration

From the profile in the "Action" block look for button

"customize info"

But i don't understand he did that , he is not admin.

when i log in, as non admin, i don't find how to do it :(

Under your profile picture should be a link that says customize. You click on that. That opens profile customizer. Then links to change fonts background etc upper right hand of page

Thank you for the pic, but i see nothing like this on my website.
Maybe it's because i installed Facebook cover or something like that.

And now this button is not there anymore... 

In backhand i see background, font & borders.
So i think the module is active..

But i don't see it in the profile page.

It's your FB cover that is throwing me. I am unfamiliar with that module. Looks like your action block was replace by the cover. Is there an option in the cover module to display more then edit and subscribe? Those are two options that are in the action block for profile page. If you hover over the cover does customize come up?  Customize was located in the action block in profile, which seem to be replaced by the cover..

Uninstall Profile Customizer version ... then your problem is solved.
or uncheck allow member profile customize in Admin => advanced => profile if above module is installed.

 btw i joined your site to test and i could do it to... you find it under action block edit profile => customize

yes, i found it...
But because the block was under in the page, i did't see the block that apears :-)

Now i gange it.. My god.. thanks, i'm happy now. :-)

But i have other questions, this can be closed...

SOmetimes i don't receive answer from the module makers.. not good :(
