I am going to take a guess that that posting from one note is posting in a lot of MicroCrap stuff. You can see by going to html view.
To centre a photo on the page, you centre the paragraph the photo is sitting in. In other words, click in front of the photo; which will select the paragraph, and then click on the centre button.

The link you provided seems to go to something unrelated.
You are not using the TinyMCE editor on the blog compose page?
"so whats the best way to insert image in text editor from my pc.
You can not insert directly from pc to the editor; unless you are running a server on your pc. An image has to be sitting on the web somewhere. If one note is a web service, then you can insert the image from one note.

that link is working for me..
no m not running any server..or anything..i just want to upload pic from my pc to my blog..but in middle of text...
below text editor there is one option associated image..but that pic is showing somewhere else..
so there is no way to upload pic directly from my pc to text editor...is this feature not available in blog module ..or its text editor..

No, you have to install a file manager to hold the images to insert into the blog post if you want to do it through the TinyMCE editor. If you are not using TinyMCE, then you can upload the images into a directory using ftp, then you can insert the image tag with the site url pointing to the image; <img src="http://my site url/image_name.image_ext" /> Geeks, making the world a better place |
Copying and pasting from any Microsoft product should not be done. Unless the product is Front page or expression web which are both html editors. And then only copying and pasting of the html to the html code section of the tinymce editor.
Problem 2. The images you use must be uploaded to a web server. Either yours or to a image hosting service and referenced in the html code by it's URL. Web sites cannot access images on a home computer. https://www.deanbassett.com |

No, you are getting confused.
You can use Boonex photo module to upload images to insert into a blog post. Or you can install a stand-along file manager to upload files to a directory on your server, or you can simply ftp them to the server.
Then you insert an image tag as I outlined above.

I am currently using DeeEmm's integration of TinyBrowser. Note that if you go to TinyMCE 4 it will not work.

You are making things difficult when it is simple. I could write a blog post without a TinyMCE editor and insert images all day long. Of course I know HTML markup. If you don't know HTML markup, then use TinyMCE and you can click on the image icon and then insert the URL to the image. The image will need to be ftp up to your site, or uploaded to the site; or to photobucket or photopail, or photobowl, what have you LOL.
If you can not do what is needed then perhaps you need to hire a developer to install the bits and pieces you need. There is a free image uploader plugin for TinyMCE but it is not a file manager. Do a bit of research.

There are free file managers if you can get them to work with Dolphin. Geeks, making the world a better place |

if i go with file manager..do file manager store files separately for different users...or users can see others uploaded files..in the manager..

If you want this feature where each user can upload photos to a separate directory to use in their blog posts, then you need to integrate the file manager into Dolphin; that is not hard, it is the same method in the file manager that DeeEmm used. That file manager is flash based so it won't work on devices that don't have flash.
I have had issues with some file manager; most likely due to javascript/jquery conflicts with Dolphin scripts. You can buy a file manager but that does not mean it will work with Dolphin. Ask around first and see if someone else has managed to get it to work.
There will be two things you will need to do, first get it to work as a file manager in TinyMCE, and second, get it integrated with Dolphin users.
