The whole procedure went well, but my site has no form, template bug.

Yes I deleted the cache

Try turning off js caching in admin.

Also is it a custom template?  

yes it is personalized template.
But yesterday I did an update from another site, which also has a custom template and everything works.

I can not do anything in the administration, the links do not work

My webmaster has restored the site.

But I have a problem, lack of pictures (see picture)
However, the photos are on the server "module / BoonEx / photo"

How can it reappear on the site

I wish you had not gotten the site restored before we could fix the template problem.  The photos are in the files but the database is the place that keeps track of who uploaded the photos, where they belong and so forth.  So it appears they did not properly restore the database.  I do hope you backed up the site and database before you started the upgrade.

First step should be to come to the forum and say, "Hey, I want to upgrade my site, what do I need to know, where are the pitfalls, etc."  I hate to see people losing their sites due to upgrading.

Is it just the avatars that are missing?  Are the rest of the photos OK?

I put another site up to date, two days ago without any problems.
But this one, updating me break everything. (Template and liaison between site and chat)
