bug in updating to 7.1.4 builders menu no pop-up

After I updated to version 7.1.4  I can no longer open any pop-up windows in any of the builders menu... it shows the little image with a little circle rotating for a seconde as if something going to happen ... but nothing does

anyone has any suggestions on how I can see those pop-up again?

also on the windows status bar it shows error on page when I click on a button menu

I also lost half of the menu in the admin panel

try to recheck your permission if its correct also properly clear cache and reload..

turn off js compression too.
