browse page / friends

is it possible that when you view browse.php this displays your friends only, but when you perform a search, then it displays non friends and you can add them

I worked this out, but if i have a add friend button, how can i display this only it not friends?

can anyone tell me how to -

only display add friend if not friends

and to make my add friend button get their ID as its stuck on id32

would like to have the add friends pop up in a box if pos?
