broadcast issues

when I send a broadcast message in my groups page this is how the message comes out.  How can I fix this

 a bit vague, have you looked at your email templates?

What is your "broadcast module?"

The broadcast is part of the Boonex Group module; although I have not tried broadcasting.

Newton's suggestion is the first thing to do.  It appears the template might be a bit messed up, the \r and \n are controls for a new line, they should not be showing up in the output.

I have resolved the issue on your site.
