broadcast in groups Error Occurred

Error Occurred when trying to broadcast in group. Message came up "Error Occurred"

Can you send pms to individual members? or do you get the same error

pms works perfectly

are you using standard group module or a 3rd party extension as there are a few 'extended' modules on market for groups...

The sendmail function is failing and therefore returning this error. Do you otherwise get emails (not pms) from your site ?
