blog posts comments delete and edit

Hello all.

  When I go to Manage Membership Level > Actions it is not clear which actions are for normal users and which are for moderators.  They are all mixed in one unique extend list.
  I was worndering if:

 Blog posts comments delete and edit ...  is it ANY or OWN ?

 
note: missing moderator action like (not blog) comments delete any, wall comment delete any and others.  Hope to see some improvement on this field on next Dolphin ...

does any one know that? :)

 that would be referring to any, so not really even sure why that was there, how the heck does a user have the right to delete a blog post of others. so i have always set that as OWN

 since there have never been any moderation settings on dolphin, again, i am unsure what the purpose of that language was meant to be.
