banner covering part of screen...

When i place  banners in left or right side of my site thay cover a part of the screen instead of allowing site's scroling to left or right..

It happens when using a narrow computer screen but is normel in broader screens... can it be made to scroll left/right instead of covering the part of site?

if you modificate this banner left and rifgt as what you hope, i think the layout will be untidy,becouse there is a floating bottom menu there. hem, somebody should make a ticket for this i think

the best way is locate your banner on the top or bottom of the site.
