you mean for Europe IDEAL or other bank sysytem?

check : CCBill Payment Provider (Dolphin 7.1.1  or Payza(AlertPay) Payment Provider or PayPal as that is standard for Dolphin

If I am not mistaking he maybe looking to add a payment provider that only does Bank transfer payments. One in US is called Dwolla, which has no fees for processing bank transfers under $10.  Couple things have to happen for that to work, first Dwolla provides a button that will send members to their site to set up reoccurring payments for your site. The member needs to set up and fund his account. That's a couple days right there. Bank transfers under 10 are free so he can set up withdrawals from his bank acct to dwolla acct monthly then to set up your acct in Dwolla. Problem is the process is not simple and that the only communication you get from dwolla is email. So if you are collecting monthly, one day out of your life is spent suspending members that dont pay. Dwolla doesnt accept Credit cards, thats why no fee under 10. I have not tried any of the Payment management systems offered by third parties in the market, but this seems to be an opportunity for Dolphin.

I was imagining a button that gives the account number and the amount to pay. As soon as the administrator checks that the payment has been done (the money is on the account), he valids the payment in the back office.
