avatar verifying before giving free to see

I have a question about the avatars. Is there any posibility to verify (check) the avatars bevor other users can see it in the profile or in memberslist?

Because i´ve got some stupid users they upload avatars of theire cocks or boobs and i would like to have avatars free of these pics

ok i found it when user upload a picture avatar profile will deaktivate so admin can check it and if its ok he can activate it again
