approve members and phots , help needed thanks

Hi how do i set my site so i have to approve new members  also how do i set my site so admin approves photos before being added to my site , many thanks

in Admin - Settings - Advanced Settings -> Moderation: Uncheck "Auto-activate profiles after joining".

Admin - Modules - Photos ->Settings -> Uncheck: "Enable auto-activation for files"
