after install of 7.1.3

after i installed 7.1.3 to try to get my flash uploader on videos working i tried to unistall the modules and reinstall them to see if that would help. now its doing this when I try to installl them back

I suspect I have broken it again :( I just knew this would happen its why I NEVER upgrade lol, I just don't understand how to do it with out taking a sledgehammer and smashing the whole site up into tiny bits. 

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it because right now my site has NO modules what so ever, its looks rubbish

Voni, what you mean reinstall of modules? You told me the upgrade worked.

So it has stopped now?

I'm on your site now, you need to re compile all the module languages, and clean the cache folders via ftp.

This was fixed, was the auto installer and couple other changes.
