admin rights in groups

Can a member who has created a group grant admin rights to other group members?

Yes, but the process is not straightforward. Firstly the member has to become a fan. The group creator can then click on the "Manage Fans" option in the actions block, select the fan and then click on the "make admin" button.

I have made this process much more user friendly in the Premium Groups mod where the group creator can directly add a member (or multiple members) at once as either a fan or as group administrator.
